Originating in Silicon Valley, our systems, and approach are further informed by 16 years of Global, Asia-Pacific and Japan-based Recruiting, and HR consulting. and Talent Solutions experience with 7 of those years focused specifically on Japan RPO, and High-End Japan HR consulting engagements at some of the most demanding clients including High-Growth Tech, Investment Banks, Professional Services, and Consulting firms.
We've since established our Global Headquarters in Tokyo where we've drawn heavily upon our Silicon Valley heritage, and DNA while we continue to relentlessly pursue our founding vision of Accelerating, Optimizing, and Transforming our clients' Talents and Teams.
In some cases, we have been engaged to takeover and turn around failing RPO accounts or groups of failing accounts for Global Recruiting Firms. In other cases, we have been engaged to clean up after a previous RPO provider has underperformed, and was terminated. We've then immediately turned around the entire account, transforming it into a profitable, well-run, and highly-regarded account, providing proper fit and qualified talent at scale while driving down fill times, and overall costs.
We have worked RPO's across all major industries and market segments. In total we have directly managed or advised over 25 RPOs ranging from from local one-country RPOs to Regional and Global RPO's, along with dozens of HR consulting engagements.
Our experience and record of success encompasses all manner of RPO scopes and deliverables ranging from MSP's through multi-person onsite RPO's using both client-provided technology and third-party provider technology.
Within Talent Development and Transitions we have worked across industries, growth stages, and regions, with over 50 engagement in pharma, medical, tech, consulting, banking, financial services, telcomm, r&d, automotive, heavy industries, insurance, machining and steel fabrication, semiconductor processing, and SaaS/PaaS/IaaS/XaaS among others.
